Making A Purchase

It is very simple to make a purchase. To make a purchase, browse our categories and click on any items that you wish to buy and they will automatically be inserted into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. The page will then be redirected to the Worldpay transaction page to complete your card order in complete security.

Worldpay accept Visa, Switch and Mastercard.

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason. In the case of goods, the 7 days start from the day after the goods are received. Please refer to our Returns Policy shown below for full information about your rights to cancel and/or return

Delivery And Handling

We believe that ordering online should be as painless as possible – as such we make every effort to keep the cost of delivery to a minimum £8.99, for mainland UK*. All goods must be inspected for content, defects and damage at the time of delivery. Claims for damaged goods will not be accepted after the goods have been signed for by the customer. In the event that the delivery is made by a third party such as a carrier, notification must be made to the carrier immediately and to us within 24 hours. Claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted once the goods have been installed or used.

*Orders from customers in Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland will, in most cases be subject to an additional shipping and handling fee available by calling 0113 216 7105. Delivery timings are intended as a guide only and are based on items being in stock. Non-stock items may take longer to deliver. We recommended that you do not book a plumber to install items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.

Price Match Promise

Dezine Bathrooms operate a price match promise on any product which is listed on Dezine Bathrooms website and is currently in stock at the Leeds Bathroom Distribution and Showroom. Offer does not apply to products which require special ordering from the manufacturer. Product specifications must be identical in order to retrieve the price match promise offer. Dezine Bathrooms reserve the right to request proof of lower priced products before offering the price match promise and can refuse the price match promise at any given time.

Checking Goods for Damage

For all deliveries you must check the goods for damage before signing the delivery note, if you sign for the goods then you are accepting that the goods were delivered in good condition and later claims for damage cannot be considered. If a third party signs on your behalf please advise them of the above and you accept responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses as a result of singing for goods unchecked.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Most items are normally delivered by us or carrier within 3 working days after payment.

If we are unable to dispatch the goods within 30 days, the consumer will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date completely and. We cannot accept any liability for delivery delays howsoever caused.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, Dezine bathrooms can back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. This charge is already included in the prices shown on this website.

Credit Card Security

When shopping at www.Dezinebathrooms.com you can be safe in the knowledge that your credit card transactions are secure.

All transactions on this site use the PayPal transaction company. The checkout facility on this website is handled by the secure servers at PayPal who are internationally regarded as one of the largest most respected and most secure on-line transaction organizations in the world. PayPal encrypt the personal information and card details you enter into code so that they may be securely transmitted over the internet to your bank. They are not held in clear text form on our or any other web site.

If you are still concerned about the security of issuing your card details on line then it is possible to pay by alternative methods, you can send us your order on-line and we will ring you to take your credit card details, or, you may fax us with the order – whichever you are happy with.

Guarantee

All Goods carry the standard manufacturers warranty, this is generally specified with the product details.

Dezincification / Corrosion / Performance

The Seller insist that all Goods should be suitably specified for the system type they are to be installed on. In areas where aggressive water prevails or where a softener is installed the use of dezincification resistant materials would be advised. We insist that this is checked with the heating installer / local water authority as responsibility for premature failure due to corrosion will not be held by the Seller.

Goods cannot be returned once they have been installed.

Dezine Bathrooms keep track of all the contents in your shopping cart once the items have been selected. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell, pass on or disclose details of customers to any other parties. With the exception of order status reports, we do not currently make unsolicited contact with customers before or after they have placed an order. Information is retained electronically in order to supply a better service to our returning customers.

Dezine Bathrooms do not send random marketing emails to personal addresses (Spam)

In the event that a customer needs to discuss any aspect of information stored by us, the customer should contact us via telephone, fax or e-mail.

Returns Policy

Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason, the 7 days starting from the day after the goods are received. Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.

For any item to be returned and receive a refund, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged packaging and with the original delivery note. Please do not write on the packaging ie our address as this will make the goods no longer resalable. Refunds will cover the costs of the goods only, and will not include any delivery or collection costs, which will be charged to your credit card. Further delivery charges will be the actual costs of delivery, which depends on the weight of the goods ordered, and in most cases will be higher than the original delivery cost charged on the order. We will charge for the replacement and only give the credit/refund once the goods are back and checked. There will also be a restocking charge of 20% of purchase price.

If a customer intends to make a return they must contact us in writing first, either by letter or by e-mail; we will e-mail a return authorization number.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns, it is therefore recommend that the customer uses an insured carrier. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns and future deliveries.

It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery, taking extra care to check for cosmetic damage or blemishes before installing the item, and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavour to replace or repair any faulty goods as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Pricing Errors

If an item has been priced incorrectly on the website Dezine Bathrooms are not honour bound to sell at that price.

Complaints Procedure

Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. A likely timescale for resolving the dispute will be determined and the consumer will be kept informed about progress. The complaints procedure is open to review to ensure that it is working well.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Orders

Orders are only accepted when your credit or debit card is processed. Any communications via e-mail or by telephone do not denote an acceptance of an order. Dezine Bathrooms reserve the right to refuse any order or part of any order. All specifications published are approximates, DezineBathrooms.com take no liability for discrepancies.

Tradesmen should not be booked until goods are received and checked over.

All products should be checked when delivered and notification of any problems or queries should be made within 7 days.

We regret that all products can only be delivered to ground floor areas due to insurance purposes.
